摘要
XX公司是一个地区性电信企业。随着我国电信的发展，人们对电信的个性化需求越来越高，电信运营商之间的竞争也越来越强。如何快速有效地满足通讯市场需求并实现低成本的运营，快速响应市场需求的能力，库存控制是电信运营商企业管理中的一个重要因素，如何做到使成千上万种零部件的帐务相符、库存减少、资金占用减少、同时避免物料积压或短缺，是各大电信运营商库存管理所面临的问题。
本文首先系统阐述对库存管理国内外的研究现状，并分析XX公司在库存现状和问题，尤其是对XX公司的库存水平、库存周转率、缺货等问题进行了深入的分析，并指出XX公司库存管理问题的根本原因。
最后针对XX公司的这些问题，提出要库存优化流程建议，即建立XX公司库存管理的控制体系；应用ABC法对公司物料进行分类管理和不同控制方法；一般物料应用EOQ模型并给出经济订购量和再订购点的算法；型设备的库存采用JIT采购控制等。

Abstract
XX Inc. is a regional telecommunications enterprises. As Chinas telecommunications development, peoples individual requirements Telecom is getting higher and higher, telecommunications competition between operators is also growing stronger. How to quickly and efficiently to meet the communications market demand and to achieve low-cost operations, rapid response to market demand, inventory control is the telecom operator business management an important factor, how to make sure that tens of thousands of kinds of parts Accounts line, inventory reduction, reduced capital occupied, while avoiding the backlog or shortage of materials is the major telecom operators are facing the problem of inventory management.
This paper first systematically expounded on the inventory management at home and abroad, research and analysis of XX in the status quo and problems of inventory, especially for the XX companys inventory levels, inventory turns, out of stock issues such as an in-depth analysis, and pointed out that the company XX inventory management root cause of the problem.
XXs final against these problems, put forward proposals to inventory optimization of processes, namely the establishment of XX company inventory management control system; application ABC method to classify the companys materials management and different control methods; general EOQ model application materials and given the economic order quantity and re-order point algorithm; type of equipment inventory using JIT procurement control.
