内容提要
近年来，随着我国经济的持续快速增长，物流业也得到了迅速发展。我国铁路货物运输业应该积极融入到社会物流大系统中去，努力为社会提供综合物流服务。这不仅符合国际运输物流一体化的发展趋势，同时也是我国铁路货运业寻求新的经济增长点，实现自身跨越式发展的重要途径。
本文从我国铁路运输现状出发，探讨铁路货运向现代物流转化的必要性。在分析我国铁路货运企业发展现代物流的优势和问题后，提出相应对策措施。

Abstract

In recent years, as China's sustained and rapid economic growth, the logistics industry has been developing rapidly. China's rail cargo transport industry should actively integrate into the community to the logistics of large-scale systems, to provide the community with integrated logistics services.
