摘 要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立,实行了几十年的旧的医疗体制已经无法适应时代的要求,近十年来,国家加快了对旧的医疗体制的改革进程。医改的深入,导致以国有医院占绝对垄断地位的旧的医疗市场逐步被打破,同时,我国加入WTO后将医疗服务行业将迎来外资医院的挑战,新的医疗市场正在加速建立之中。这给长期以来因体制、政策等多方面原因而一直发展缓慢的民营医疗机构(民营医院、诊所)带来了一个新的发展时期。
论文通过对一私人诊所的经营状况、竞争环境,以及新的医疗市场的建立对其的影响进行深入分析,认为在新的医疗市场建立的当前时期,整个民营医疗机构(私人诊所、民营医院)同时面临着机遇和挑战,其中民营医院的发展前景相对光明,而以论文中所涉及明康诊所为代表的、在民营医疗服务机构中占数量绝对多数的私人诊所由于受规模、实力的影响,其发展前景堪忧。论文提出了诊所目前的发展战略是提高服务质量,加强营销策略,以争取更多顾客实现利润增长,诊所的未来的发展战略是进入民营医院领域。

The Marketing And Developing Strategy Research
Of Mingkang Clinic Of Chengdu

Abstract
With the establition of chinese marketing economic system,the old medical system, which had been carried more than 50 years, could no longer fit in with the needs of society, China has been accelarating the reform of the old medical system in recent years. With the reform of medical system and the entry WTO of China, the old medical market is been breaking and the new medical market taking form gradually. The reform of system brings a new developing period for nongovernmental hospital and private clinic.
Through analysing the managing and competiting environment and other relative factors a private clinic facing, author think that all nongovernmental hospitals and private clinics are facing opportunities and challenges at the same time. The nongovernmental hospital will have a bright future relatively, however, the private clinics discussed in this paper, for its shortcomings in scale and capital and so on, will meet a developing crisis. Finally, this paper advanced two developing strategies for the clinic, the strategy one is to enchance the marketing management to achieve profits increase at present, the strategy two is to establish nongovernmental hospital in the near future.
