摘要
战略性人力资源管理(SHRM,Strategic Human Resource Management)产生于20世纪80年代中后期。近年来,国内企业高层管理者之所以日益重视人力资源的战略地位,其根本原因就在于,对人力资源的有效利用是企业在国内外保持竞争优势的必要条件。战略人力资源管理的根本任务,就是从投资视角,对人力资源进行战略性投资,对人力资源实施战略性管理,从而帮助企业获取持续发展优势。
M公司在人力资源管理方面取得了一定成就,但没有从战略的角度对人力资源实施管理。本文首先从战略人力资源管理理论研究出发,然后从理论方面研究如何进行战略人力资源管理实践,在此基础上再对M公司战略人力资源管理进行分析,得出结论,并制定实践方案。对M公司人力资源战略、规划进行研发和分析,以M公司使命、战略为切入点,从人力资源投资视角进行研究,分析人力资源面临的环境,确立人力资源战略,并运用定性和定量方法制定人力资源规划。并构建以战略为导向的人力资源管理实践。

Abstract
Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM, Strategic Human Resource Management) generated in the 1980s in the latter part. In recent years, high-level managers of domestic enterprises was the growing importance of human resources in a strategic position, its fundamental reason is that human resources is the effective use of domestic and foreign enterprises to maintain a necessary condition for competitive advantage. Strategic human resource management in the fundamental task of investment from the perspective of human resources for strategic investments, strategic human resources management, and help enterprises to obtain sustainable development advantages.
M in Human Resources Management has made certain achievements, but not from a strategic point of view of human resources management. This article first from a strategic human resources management theory research, and then from the theory of how to proceed with the strategic human resource management practices, based on this re-M's strategy for human resources management analysis concluded that the practice and to develop the program. On the M's human resources strategy, planning to carry out research and analysis to M's mission, strategy as the breakthrough point, from the perspective of human resources for investment in research, analysis of the human resources facing the environment, the establishment of human resources strategy and the use of qualitative and quantitative methods to develop Human resources planning. And to build a strategy-oriented human resource management practices.
