摘要
纺织业一向是中国传统而有竞争力的行业,改革开放以来经过近30年的发展,我国纺织业形成了较为完善的产业体系,已经成为了纺织大国。虽然进入2008年以来整个行业却面临日趋糟糕的生存环境。尽管一些行业龙头企业已进入现代化大生产阶段,无论设备水平还是产品质量都有质的提升但整体而言,长期靠贴牌加工出口的中国纺织业,因利润微薄仍难以抵御市场风险的冲击。因此要实现由纺织大国向纺织强国的转变,我国纺织企业必须构建自己的核心竞争力,才能在不利的环境下更好地生存发展下去。
本文运用核心竞争力有关理论,探讨核心竞争力有关理论在纺织企业具体运用,包括纺织企业核心竞争力识别以及纺织企业核心竞争力构建等。在具体分析当前影响我国纺织企业生存和发展的问题,并根据纺织企业的特征、现状以及发展趋势制定了我国纺织企业提升竞争力的对策。
