某银行分行绩效考核方案
摘要
绩效考核,是指对员工在工作过程中表现出来的工作业绩(工作的数量、质量和社会效益等)、工作能力、工作态度以及个人品德等进行评价,并用之判断员工与岗位的要求是否相称的手段和方法。绩效考核,对在员工之间形成良性竞争,调动员工的积极性、帮助员工改进绩效,提高工作效率,促使企业持续、稳健发展等都具有重要的意义。
当前我国银行业面临着国内国际的同行业竞争,基层分行的绩效管理是提高其竞争力的一个重要利器,具有重要的现实意义。
本文从绩效管理的有关概念和理论出发,探讨企业绩效管理的框架和程序,以作为后面分析中国建设银行 ××分行绩效考核的重要理论依据。然后具体分析××分行绩效考核的现状,分析当前分行绩效考核的实施情况。
在此基础上,运用KPI方法,针对分行在在绩效考核方面存在的问题从负债、效益、信贷质量、零售业务四个方面对方案中指标提出了改进意见。
