××邮政营销体系研究

内容提要


邮政实行公司化运作后,邮政企业虽然面临着前所未有的挑战。邮政现行营销方式已无法适应市场多元化的需求,急需通过变革营销体系来提升邮政营销能力。营销体系决定着一个企业的营销能力和水平。因此,如何建设适应市场要求的营销体系,保持市场竞争优势,具有较强的实用意义。
本文首先对××邮政现行营销体系现状进行分析,然后对当前的营销体系进行分析、诊断和评价,以及外部宏观经济环境和企业内部因素对营销体系建设的影响,提出了重构营销组织,优化业务结构,整合业务流程等营销体系创新的和再造建议,并采用大客户服务的营销战略。

ABSTRACT

Post corporate operation, the postal enterprises face unprecedented challenges. Post the current marketing methods have been unable to adapt to the needs of market diversification, the much-needed changes in marketing through the postal system to enhance marketing capabilities. Marketing system determines a company's marketing ability and level. Therefore, how to adapt to market demands the building of the marketing system and maintain market competitive advantage, has strong practical significance.

In this paper, the Post × × status of the existing marketing system and then the current marketing system for analysis, diagnosis and evaluation of macroeconomic and external environment and internal factors on the marketing system for the impact of the proposed Reconstruction marketing organization, optimize The business structure, integrating business processes, such as innovative marketing system and recycling proposals and adopt a customer service, marketing strategy.
