企业人才储备策略研究

人力资源储备是现代企业追求永续经营与发展而必须长期研究的课题。伴随着及竞争的加剧等原因,企业人才流动、流失比率增大,加剧了企业的人才危机,将会影响企业的长远发展,而在我国多数企业中,人才储备则远远没有提上议事日程,影响了企业的长远发展。

本文通过对企业人才储备的现状进行分析,提出人才储备的必要性。同时本文通过××集团公司人才储备系统建设的案例分析人才储备方面的经验,组后指出我国企业人才储备策略措施,即企业要根据自身的状况选择适合企业发展的人才储备策略。只有这样,企业才能找到适合自身的人才储备策略,才能在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract
