营销人员绩效管理研究-以中国电信为例

营销人员在企业的经营中担负着重要的作用,如何对营销人员进行有效的绩效管理,最大程度地提升营销人员的绩效,是企业一直探索的课题。中国电信企业在加入WTO后,面临着国内外企业的竞争,而竞争的核心是人才的竞争,因此,人力资源管理的地位日益突出。绩效管理是人力资源管理中的关键环节。营销人员的绩效管理尤为重要。

本文首先介绍现代绩效管理的主要理论、方法和发展趋势,然后在此基础上探讨中国电信营销人员的绩效管理现状,存在的问题等进行分析,最后提出了加强电信营销人员绩效管理的思路和对策。

ABSTRACT

Marketers in the business in play an important role in how marketers carry out effective performance management, to maximize the marketing staff to enhance the performance of the enterprise has been exploring the subject. China joined the WTO in telecommunications companies, faced with domestic and foreign enterprises in competition, which is the core of the talent competition, human resources management position has become acute. Performance Management of Human Resources Management is the key link. Marketing staff performance management is particularly important.

This article introduced the first modern performance management of the main theories, methods and trends, and then on that basis to explore China Telecom's marketing performance management situation, existing problems, such as analysis concludes with a telecommunications marketing staff to strengthen the performance management ideas and measures .
