进入21 世纪,随着经济全球化进一步加剧,我国企业面临的竞争更加激烈。企业之间的竞争格局也必然从封闭型趋向开放型并处于日益全球化的进程之中,新环境、新形势对我国企业既是一种机遇,更是一种挑战。强化管理,不断进行管理创新已成为企业在竞争中制胜的根本保证。同样,受到国外电信运营商将逐步踏入中国电信市场,我国电信企业要想谋求生存与发展,必须加强企业管理创新,大力培育自身的核心竞争力。
本文采用理论研究与企业实际相结合方法,首先分析了企业管理创新和企业核心竞争力的相关理论,并分析了两者的关系,提出通过管理创新能够提高企业的竞争力。然后再分析我国中国电信企业发展现状和内外部环境。通过对MM电信企业的具体案例,进行SWOT分析,提出了适合中国电信企业发展的核心竞争力的评价体系,进而对中MM电信企业进行分析评估。最后,提出了MM电信企业管理创新新思路。

ABSTRACT
In the 21st century, with the further globalization of the economy, Chinese enterprises are facing more intense competition. The pattern of competition among enterprises is also bound from the trend of open and closed in the process of increasing globalization, the new environment, new situation of our country is both a business opportunity, but also a challenge. Strengthen management, continuous innovation management has become an enterprise in the competition to win the fundamental guarantee. By the same token, by foreign carriers will gradually enter the Chinese telecommunications market, China's telecom enterprises to survive and develop, we must strengthen the management of innovation, cultivate their core competitiveness.
In this paper, the theoretical research and business practice methods, first of all an analysis of enterprise management innovation and enterprise's core competitiveness of the relevant theories and analysis of the relationship between the two, seeking approval of the management innovation to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. And then analyzing the Chinese telecom enterprise development and the status quo in the external environment. By MM telecommunications business to the specific case, to carry out SWOT analysis of business development for China Telecom's core competence of the evaluation system, and then to the MM in the telecommunications business analysis assessment. Finally, MM telecommunications enterprise management innovation of new ideas.
