管理创新对打造企业核心竞争力的作用是非常重要:首先在当今经济全球化的时代,伴随着我国加入WTO,我国电信企业为了与国际企业接轨,必须转变传统的管理制度、方式、方法和手段。其次,现代信息技术应用于企业管理,使企业管理发生了革命性的变化。最后,改革开放20多年来,虽然我国企业管理取得了重大成就,但由于体制的约束、市场规则的不完全以及竞争的不规范和管理人员的素质不高等原因,电信企业缺乏自我管理的内在动力和外在压力,尚未形成自我管理的机制。因此,要想谋求生存与发展,必须大力培育自身的核心竞争力。
论文采用理论研究与企业实际相结合,基于电信企业自身的特点,本文首先管理创新和企业核心竞争力的有关概念和内涵,然后以中国网通为例,分析中国网通发展现状和内外环境、企业核心竞争力分析。最后针对中国网通的核心竞争力,研究评价方案,提出了中国电信企业核心竞争力的评价体系,进而对中国网通进行分析评估,提出了中国网通的管理创新新思路,
