建筑施工企业的项目团队管理研究

摘要

建筑施工企业是历史悠久的传统企业,它是国民经济中重要的物资资料生产部门之一。随着建筑施工市场竞争日渐激烈,施工企业必须不断地对低效的经营管理过程进行优化,以增强企业的赢利能力。对于建筑施工企业来说,项目管理是企业的一个管理重点,如何建立一支高效的项目团队并进行有效的管理,也成为了施工企业管理的重要部分。
为此,本文首先分析国内外项目管理理论和团队管理理论综述,然后论述建筑施工项目的团队建设的特点、原则、步骤以及方法和评价。进一步以M建筑施工企业的案例分析建筑施工企业的项目团队管理。

Abstract
Building construction enterprise is a long history of traditional enterprises, it is important the national economy of material information on one of the productive sector. With the building construction market competition increasingly fierce, the construction enterprises must constantly inefficient operation and management of process optimization, in order to enhance corporate profitability. For construction companies, project management is a management focus, how to set up an efficient and effective project team management, the construction enterprises have also become an important part of management.
In this paper, the first theoretical analysis of domestic and international project management and team management theory overview, then discusses the construction project team-building characteristics, principles, steps and methods and evaluation. Further to M Construction Enterprise Case Study of the building construction enterprise project team management.
