房地产企业的营销策划案例研究

市场营销策划是企业对未来将要发生的市场营销活动,进行全面系统统筹的一种超前决策。当前我国房地产市场激烈竞争,有效的、切实可行的营销策划可以为企业在激烈的竞争中占据主动。
本文首先阐述房地产营销的有关概念和理论,然后探讨当前我国房地产营销中存在的问题,并分析我国房地产的营销策划模式,最后通过具体案例来分析我国房地产营销策划的策略。

Abstract
Marketing companies are planning to be happen in the future marketing activity, to conduct a comprehensive system of co-ordinated by a lead in decision-making. China's real estate market in fierce competition, effective, practical marketing plan for the enterprise in the fierce competition to occupy the initiative.
In this paper, real estate marketing on the relevant concepts and theories, and then explore the current real estate marketing that exist in our country's problem and to analyze China's real estate marketing planning model, and finally the adoption of specific cases to analyze China's real estate marketing strategy.
