我国中小企业的绩效管理研究(MBA)

 摘要


绩效管理是企业管理者通过一定的方法和制度确保企业及其子系统(部门、流程、工作团队和员工个人)的绩效成果能够与企业的战略目标保持一致,并促进企业战略目标实现的过程。绩效管理是一个对目标及如何去实现目标形成共识的过程;一种通过对人的管理去提高成功概率的方法。

随着企业间的竞争也日趋激烈,中小企业为了在激烈的竞争中谋求生存与发展之道,通过建立有效的绩效管理体系,企业可以指导、激励和约束员工的行为,提高员工的工作积极性和主动性,提升员工和企业的绩效,促进企业战略目标的实现。如何设计和执行绩效管理体系是当前我国中小企业面临的现实问题。

本文从绩效管理的理论出发,分析我国中小企业绩效管理的现状和存在的问题,并结合一个典型的A公司的绩效管理案例,对其绩效管理的发展历史、现状和问题进行了剖析,提出了对A公司绩效管理体系的改进建议。并在案例分析的基础上,对我国中小企业如何设计、应用绩效管理进行了探讨,希望能对我国中小企业完善绩效管理体系有所帮助。

Abstract

Performance Management is a business manager through certain methods and systems to ensure that enterprises and their sub-systems (departments, processes, team and individual employees) to the outcome of the performance of enterprises and the strategic objectives and to promote enterprise to achieve strategic objectives. Performance Management is a target and how to achieve the goal of forming a consensus process; through a person's management to enhance the probability of success.

With the competition between enterprises are becoming increasingly fierce, fierce competition in order to survive and develop in the way,  to SME,through the establishment of an effective performance management system can guide the business, incentive and restraint staff, better staff motivation and initiative To enhance the performance of employees and businesses to promote corporate strategic objectives. How to design and implement performance management system in China is the practical problems faced by small and medium enterprises.

In this paper, the performance management theory, analysis of China's small and medium enterprises of the current situation and performance management problems, combined with a typical A case management of the company's performance, performance management of their development history, current situation and analyze the issues raised A performance of the company's management system improvement. And case studies on the basis of China's small and medium enterprises how to design, performance management applications are discussed in the hope of China's SMEs to improve the performance management system will help.
